10. Can I cancel a booking anytime or once I have made it?
You can cancel your car within reasonable time, if we have not allocated any driver, there will be no charge for a cancellation in this case. In other cases where the driver has already been allocated or travelled some distance or even arrived at the pickup address, a cancellation fee will or may be charged. The calculated fees will be based on the mileage amount incurred by driver.
11. I have an account but I have forgotten the details what should I do?

12. How do you differentiate cash and account bookings?
At O.T.H Minicabs we offer a guaranteed minicab service to account customers. Account customers receive priority 15 minute pickups within central London and 20 minutes around London. Although we aim to offer a reliable service to cash or credit card customers, it is not guaranteed during busy periods. We gave priority to our account customers; therefore on occasion during peak times we might not be able to fulfil all cash or card bookings whereas account jobs are guaranteed. 13. Does your company take pregnant woman in labour to hospital?
Unfortunately, for legal reasons we are unable to transport a woman in labour to hospital. Our drivers are not medically trained and therefore it would not be advised to travel in one of our vehicles.
14. Does the luggage amount affect the price on any journey?
Yes, we got different size vehicles from Saloon, Estate, MPV and 8seater etc and extra charge may applied for larger vehicles if luggage amount that you carry in one of our vehicles is more than 2. 15. Do I need login details for smart mobile apps?
You don't need an account login to use the mobile apps to book. If you have any of O.T.H Minicabs account, you can login to your app and save information for next time you want to book. If you are booking a cash service, you can just logout of your account in the and proceed with your cash booking.
16. I'm visiting from another country and would like to make a booking but I do not have a UK mobile phone.
We regularly accept international booking from visitors and our systems are set to accept international numbers. You can book online or via phone +44 2086991817 and use your international cell phone to receive the confirmation SMS messages sent as standard to all O.T.H customers
